Core Technology
Shallow adsorption regenerative dryer is a technology that purifies air compression equipment through the principle of shallow adsorption, which is used to remove moisture in compressed air, and can reach pressure dew points of -20 °C, -40 °C and -70 °C under different circumstances.
Through years of independent research and development, HECA has formed its own core technology, which is called "Shallow adsorption regeneration technology". By selecting adsorbents with low static and dynamic adsorption rate ratios and equipped with professional timing control methods, shallow adsorption and regeneration can not only obtain better analytical desorption effects, but also greatly improve the drying performance of the dryer.
Shallow adsorption regeneration technology includes three major processes: drying, regeneration and pressurization:
Drying process: compressed air enters the cavity on one side of the dryer through the intake valve, the moisture in the compressed air is adsorbed by the desiccant, so that the compressed air can be dried, most of the dry air enters the downstream equipment through the outlet valve, and a small amount of dry air enters the cavity on the other side through the regeneration throttle hole to regenerate the desiccant in the cavity.
Regeneration process: After a small amount of drying, the air enters the other side of the cavity through the regeneration throttle valve to regenerate the adsorbent in the cavity, and the regenerated air carrying moisture is discharged through the exhaust valve.
Pressure filling process: After the regeneration process is completed, close the exhaust valve to gradually balance the pressure of the cavity on both sides, so as to prepare for the drying process of the regeneration chamber.
The above drying, regeneration and pressure filling process is alternately carried out between the two chambers, so that the compressed air entering the dryer can be continuously dried, and in the whole working process, the action of each inlet and outlet valve and discharge valve is controlled by the program signal output by the control system, so as to achieve efficient, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and sustainable regeneration of clean compressed air.
Shallow adsorption regenerative dryers are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, machinery, light industry, textile, automobile manufacturing, electronics, food, medicine, biochemistry, national defense, scientific research and other applications with continuous dew point stability demand.
Technical features:
· The amount of adsorbent is only one-third of the traditional formula, and the adsorption and regeneration cycle is short;
· Independent invention patent: million times no-fault switching valve group (entry re-do) with shallow adsorption regeneration technology, different from traditional dryers, higher switching frequency, reduce adsorption regeneration time, reduce dryer usage;
· Provide compressed air with continuous stable dew point drying, eliminating dew point drift and uncontrollable moisture content.
